3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms for service delivery
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Pay for services according to the agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. General terms include:

• Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month
• Project-based fees may require upfront deposits
• Ad spend budgets are charged separately from management fees
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All content, strategies, methodologies, and materials developed by WeDo Marketing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your IP: You retain all rights to your trademarks, logos, and proprietary content that you provide to us for marketing purposes.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the rights to specific deliverables such as website designs, ad creatives, and content created specifically for your campaigns.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees: While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, leads, or revenue increases. Digital marketing results vary based on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) that may affect campaign performance or service delivery.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Promote illegal products or services
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate advertising platform policies

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Access to our platforms and tools will be revoked
• We will provide reasonable transition assistance

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing, and methodologies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
